  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass communications or equivalent.

  • Basic understanding about intuitive site functionality, user interface, motion design and has the desire to push the limits of what can be done to create truly original concepts with clever interactivity.
  • Basic understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations of digital development.
  • Creates intuitive user experience, and designs a user experience in a way that will be meaningful to the right user (UI/UX).
  • Works with Senior Art Directors/Creative Director/Creative writer to implement design direction that incorporates best practices in design and technology.
  • Applies brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Extends existing visual systems/brand guidelines across mediums with moderate design changes or interpretation.
  • Supports the Senior Art director with translating creative concepts into compelling designs and motion graphics pieces
  • Produces basic design solutions including wireframes; storyboards; animations for visual effects; interactive layouts; photo retouching and image enhancements
  • Basic understanding of responsive design and the ramifications of designing across devices.
  • Basic understanding of the importance of analytics and optimizes design based on analytical findings and directions.
  • Learns new skills and stays up to date of technical and digital design developments and successfully apply these to work practices to help improve the quality of the creative outputs
  • Gives advice on art direction, style, and tone for the communications.
  • Provides design support for presentation decks.
  • Work closely with Team Lead to understand timing and deliverables and plan production.
  • Basic understanding of Double click studio (not a must)
